Question 1

What can I subscribe to?

Accepted Answer

Choose a mostly physical direction, a mostly digital direction, or a mix. Digital programs currently cover meals, wellness, and movement. Digital programs are not automatically included in every physical-focused option.

Question 2

How is my subscription personalized?

Accepted Answer

During onboarding, share your interests, budget, goals, preferred format, and ideal cadence. These five choices shape your starting direction and the options shown to you.

Question 3

Is my preferred cadence the same as billing?

Accepted Answer

No. Current subscriptions bill monthly. That billing schedule is separate from the rhythm you choose during onboarding: monthly, every two months, quarterly, or flexible.

Question 4

Can I update my preferences or swap selections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Members can revisit their preferences in the dashboard, and Kettlepin supports swaps and feedback. Check your account for the options available to your subscription.

Question 5

Can I pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Pauses are supported, with timing confirmed for your subscription before its next billing or delivery date. Saving a pause in your Kettlepin account does not by itself change provider billing status or confirm fulfillment.

Question 6

Can I skip a delivery?

Accepted Answer

Kettlepin does not publish a universal skip policy. Email kettlepin-28a4s2@polsia.io before your next billing or delivery date to confirm the options available to you.
